House For Sale

For the past 15 years, we have had the privilege of welcoming guests from all over the world to our Bed and Breakfast. Our home has been a place of hospitality and fellowship for our international brotherhood. However, as we are getting older, we are finding it harder to keep up with the housework and the preparations for our guests. Therefore, we are exploring some options for our future. One of these options is to see if there is any brother or sister who would be interested in buying the house and continuing to run it as a Bed and Breakfast. Alternatively, the property could be used for other purposes, such as renting it out to others or living in it as a large family. We hope that our home can still be a source of joy and blessing to our many friends. This 1930s home is a unique gem, with a mix of modern conveniences and classic elegance. The house has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, offering plenty of room for a growing family, hosting guests, or an investment property.

The master bedroom is on the upper floor and has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Three more bedrooms and a loft are also on the upper floor, providing ample space for children or guests. The fifth room is an office in the garage and has its own bathroom.

The common living areas are on the main floor and include a large kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. The kitchen is ideal for cooking meals and has modern appliances and plenty of counter space. The dining room is ideal for hosting dinner parties and lots of natural light. The living room is ideal for relaxing with an open floor and plenty of seating space. The partially covered deck is perfect for hosting those summer parties with all the friends.

This home is perfect for those who love the charm of an old home but also want modern amenities. The location is great, with easy access to all the Bethel sites as well as shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This Bed & Breakfast is famous among those who come to see the Bethel facilities. You can consider continuing with the current website and get help with the transition if you want to run this business.

Don’t miss this chance to own a piece of history.

Cozy and very comfortable space!

We absolutely love staying in this cozy home. It was very clean and the friends were extremely welcoming. The privacy surrounding the space was also much appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We loved it!

Very comfortable bed and home. And the hosts made it even more comfortable. We went for a few days and glad we chose to stay here. It is close to several towns where there is good food and little cafe joints. And you’re close to Warwick and wallkill! =•D

Tiny carriage home

My husband and I had a lovely experience at the tiny carriage home! We felt like we walked into a magazine. Cozy, peaceful and beautiful. It was central to Bethel and other great shops/sites. We also loved John and Linda, very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here!
